I had this beer on-tap in a snifter at Constellation in Budapest.
Appearance: rich salmon pink hue with a moderate haze and a finger of pinkish-ivory foam atop. Looks pretty!
Smell: a bit sweet but with a great fruitiness; just a rich, fresh, earthy raspberry jam aroma. Lovely!
Taste: earthy and lightly tart with a very good raspberry flavor. Not too sweet and the fruit and sourness complement each other very nicely.
Mouthfeel: light body with a nice carbonation. Too light to be really creamy, but still nice.
Overall: very refreshing and with a very well-handled fruit component. A good beer indeed.
