Poured from 440mL can into my Lord Chambray tumbler. Best before 7/10/25 -- though I know that Brew Your Mind sets the "best by" dates for the IPAs just a month or two out from when they are brewed!
Appearance: medium golden hue with a decen haze and a thick head of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: moderately sweet malt with a nice aroma that is at once both tropical and berry-like. I'm not sure I've had a beer with unroasted coffee beans; this is definitely interesting and nicely different, though.
Taste: sweet, with some peach character, maybe a little citrus, some forest-fruits type character, and something that I would say is more akin to bell or poblano peppers than coffee. Strange, interesting, novel, and well-put-together. The folks at Brew Your MInd have a deft touch.
Mouthfeel: medium-rich body with a good carbonation and a very, very good creaminess indeed!
Overall: a really solid, interesting, and unique IPA. It's good to see BYM branch out from the standard hazy formula!
