Had on tap. Murky yellow body with a finger of white head. Honey drizzled onto bready yeast, clean lager malts, and grassy hops for the nose. Taste has the honey bonding with the malts in particular, yeast, crust, grassy hops, and a whisper of lemon zest counter, tasty. Feel is simpler with malt forward complexion, lighter yet full on the palate. Would be ideal in summer time on a picnic

Poured from 440mL can into my Higgins Ale Works tulip. Best by 2/15/26.
Appearance: pale golden hue with a light haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam.
Smell: very honey-forward, with a complementary sweetness and a kind of grassy-floral quality that could be either the hops or the honey. The honey comes through more and more as the beer warms up, which I like.
Taste: comes across as sweet, between the malt and the honey, but the honey flavor is nice. Bitterness is moderate but kind of clashes with the honey for me. It’s decent, but I am not as into it as their other beers.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
