Poured from 330mL can into a tall kitchen glass. Best by 11/30/24.
Appearance: light golden hue with the tiniest dash of haze and a finger of frothy eggshell foam atop, which was pretty but did not stick around too long.
Smell: good malt aroma with a moderate sweetness and a nice noble, slightly grassy hop character. I like it.
Taste: mildly sweet malt with a little bit of yeastiness and a hint of graininess. Hops are light but kind of herbal/grassy in nature and work well here. There's definitely a bitter bite at the end, but it's not over the top. A solid pilsner.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this is a tasty and refreshing pilsner. I could probably drink this stuff all day.
