I had this beer on-tap in an IPA glass at Kandalló in Budapest.
Appearance: pale golden hue with a tiny dash of haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: somewhat sweet malt with a little crackery character and a bit of yeastiness. There's also kind of a cidery character I'm not a huge fan of.
Taste: like the aroma, crackery malt with a moderate sweetness and a soft yeastiness. There's a nice soft bitterness but also some of that cidery fermentation off flavor.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: with the cideriness in the mix, it's not quite a totally clean pilsner.
