Welcome to Eleven Lakes’ bold take on spiced ale. Inspired by the culinary world, this American wheat blends unexpected yet perfectly complementary flavors. Juicy apricots and rich honey lay down a smooth, sweet foundation, while a kick of habanero heat adds an unforgettable finish. It’s a refreshingly unique brew that balances sweetness with spice—perfect for pairing with chips and salsa on a warm summer day!

Poured from a 16 oz can into a New Belgium Globe Glass
The beer pours a slightly hazy golden straw color with some orange highlights, with about two fingers worth of foamy white head that recedes quickly leaving behind a small amount of lacing.
The aroma is fairly muted; spicy with just a hint of apricot, and a slight wheaty malt presence.
The flavor matches the aroma quite closely. A mild apricot flavor with a big punch of Habanero heat. Once you get past the heat, you can detect honey, wheat malt, and floral hops. Medium/light bodied and slick on the tongue.
The beer is not bad, but a bigger apricot presence to balance out the heat would go a long way
