A: Pours a relatively clear medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate bright yellow + pale yellow + brassy colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall sudsy foamy off-white head that reduces to a medium to large sized patch of thin film covering a little more than 35% of the surface of the beer surrounded by a large patch of heavily mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of biscuit + lightly toasted + slightly grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. Light to moderate aromas of lager yeast and a light aroma of spicy hops.
T: Upfront there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of biscuit + lightly toasted + slightly grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are light flavors of spicy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which lingers for a short amount of time and leaves a relatively clean finish.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Lightly crisp upfront with a clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly slightly crisp + clean mouthfeel. Enjoyable and well balanced, making it easy to have a couple of these as well as pair it with food.
