Poured into a 13 oz teku glass not sure when it was canned. Pours a very dark orange with a massive 2 finger head head that leaves loads of thick walls of lace behind.
Smell is apricot, tangerine, pine resin, and grapefruit rind.
Taste follows the nose, some tropical fruit upfront, with pine and grapefruit in the finish. Maybe some caramel and toffee malts.
Mouthfeel is bigger than medium, plenty of life, maybe a tad dry, and extremely drinkable.
Overall this is an old school IPA, I really think it is a solid brew. Nice Local IPA.
