L: almost no head but opaque pitch black and red hues
S: maple syrup, molasses, and coffee
T: a bit bitter, molasses, and chocolate
F: could use more carbonation
I was glad to find a schwarzbier in Plymouth. Stronger coffee flavor than Kostritzer. Nice on a warm, sunny day. Perhaps could use more ABV but schwarzbier is around 5.0.
