This wheat ale was brewed with locally grown lavender from nearby Pumpkin Blossom Farm in Warner, NH as well as a dose of lemongrass. The result is a light, refreshing, wheat beer with notes of bright lemony citrus from the lemongrass and a pleasant floral, spice from the lavender.
