Pours a clear crimson color. 2/3 inch head of an off-pink color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of fruit, yeast, sweet malt, and slight wheat. Fits the style of a Saison / Farmhouse Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. There is also a dryness. Tastes of fruit, yeast, sweet malt, slight alcohol, and slight wheat. Overall, simplistic, cranberry is not distinguishable, and a slightly medicinal finish.
