Some brewery employees believe the building is haunted because of a number of strange happenings. The previous tenant was a gym so to honor our "ghost" we made this beer. Bready, slightly sweet malt balanced by black pepper spice and a fruity bouquet from Saison yeast. Dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc that lends grassy, grape-like aromas.

On tap. Poured a slightly cloudy, golden color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of spices, caramel and lemon. Tasted of caramel, spices and a hint of tartness.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with some lacing and web like lacing. Aroma of tropical fruit, pepper and slightly herbal. Taste of tropical fruit subtle malt sweetness and bit of spice. Slightly tart with a fairly clean finish. Moderate body, nicely balanced with just a subtle touch of sweetness. Well crafted and enjoyable.

Pours a hazy gold color. 2/3 inch head of a white color. Great retention and good lacing. Smells of sweet malt, hint of yeast, slight alcohol, spicy hops, hint of citrus, hint of pine, and slight lemongrass. Fits the style of a Saison / Farmhouse Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, hint of yeast, slight alcohol, spicy hops, hint of citrus, hint of pine, and slight lemongrass. Overall, good appearance, complexity, and feel.
