473 mL can from the LCBO; dated Apr 5 2022 and served slightly chilled.
Pours a lightly fogged golden-yellow colour, capped with nearly two fingers of soapy, foamy white head that dwindles within several minutes; it leaves behind a tight, creamy collar, as well as a webby coat of delicate lace. Blueberry muffin on the nose, with lesser hints of wheat and blueberry juice - appealing enough, assuming you enjoy the fruit, but it's clearly some sort of flavouring.
It tastes fairly good: I still don't think the blueberry comes off as particularly 'real', but the base wheat ale is sturdy enough to make for a complete experience. Bready, wheaty malt sweetness and banana candy, with plenty of blueberry flavouring in the mix; not much changes up to the finish, which features some light, peppery spiciness underneath more blueberry and wheatiness. Medium in body, with moderate carbonation that gently tickles the surface of the tongue; feels smooth and somewhat fluffy in the mouth, with good drinkability at 5.8%. A little too strong to be a realistic session option, but if someone handed me another, I could drink it without complaint.
Final Grade: 3.62, a B grade. Bancroft's Blueberry Wheat is far from the worst blueberry beer I've ever had, but I can only recommend this if you have a fair tolerance (or love) for blueberry flavouring. In that case, you might find this to be a charming summer quaffer - I'm kind of on the fence, as I enjoyed the wheat beer itself, but the flavouring becomes tiresome fairly quickly. I'd consider picking this up again in the future, as decent, non-sour blueberry beers are not always readily available.

Pours a beautiful gold colour, cloudy, with a huge fluffy white head that lasts and lasts. The smell is like a Hefe, cloves and bananas, no blueberry. The taste however, adds the blueberry, not too much but enough. You can still taste the wheat beer behind the blueberry flavour. Nicely carbonated. Good work
