Roy Pitz Barrel House "Foeder Sour"
$5/5 oz. on tap 09/12/2019

Notes: Hazy amber, almost copper-colored body beneath a short head of white that fades readily as sour beers tend to do. Aroma: oak, leather, typical Brettanomyces suggestion of acidity, red fruit (cherry, plum), a little earth. The flavor follows, tart/sour but not too sour - like raspberries or blackberries. Some residual malt gives it a nice balance. Light-medium in body. Gently effervescent.
