Packaged 3/7/2022, consumed on 4/9/2022 - poured from a tall-boy can into my Dogfish Head shaped pint glass.
Clear golden jasmine liquid with two fingers of rocky magnolia foam. Pearling, tall sudsy lacing; very good retention.
Zesty, slightly floral/herbal aroma with vague tropical notes.
Characteristic crushed lime notes from the Motueka on the palate entry - joined by orange, gooseberry, and hints of guava. Moderate but vanishing bitterness offset by a clean crackery malt bill. Finishes medium-dry with some wildflower notes.
Brisk, crisp mouthfeel with good carbonation.
Flavorful and refreshing with a nice constellation of hop flavors (Galaxy and Nelson complete the trio).
