Packaged on 10/21/22 - consumed on 11/12/22 - poured from a 16oz can into my Dogfish Head shaped pint glass.
Unclear gold liquid with three fingers of rocky ivory up top. Rich soapy lacing; excellent retention.
Herbaceous, citrus-laden nose with tangerine, grapefruit, mango, and scallion. Hops dominate, but are joined by a light biscuit note from the malt.
Resinous, herbal, fruity palate entry with Simcoe dominating. Crisp, light malt backbone with some additional candied citrus notes leading into the dry finish.
Faintly oily yet refreshing; light-bodied, well carbonated. Some warmth from the alcohol.
Excellent, well crafted example of the style.

A workmanlike IPA. Solid, but not spectacular.
Clear gold color. One inch thick white head with abundant lace.
Citrus fruit aroma, a little pine.
Ditto taste. Mostly grapefruit, a bit of pine.
Pleasant mouthfeel.

Nothing stands out much on this one. Couldn't really find the notes on the nose or taste. Not enjoyable for my palate. It's drinkable but unremarkable for an IPA IMO.
