We took our West Coast IPA is Dead recipe, lightened up the color, and switched hops over to Mosaic and Nelson. Super punchy on the aromatics, with some well rounded bitterness and lots of ripe mango, Riesling, and that cotton candy-pixie dust that Connor Casey loves so much!

Clear golden with bright foam. Clean, straightforward, with the mosaic and Nelson shinning center stage. Hops up front deliver on a modern west coast beer. Easy drinker. Enjoyed this one immensely.

Sweet, piney, tropical hoppy nose on this one! Good aromatics...almost pungent! Taste follows with a crisp and piney dank hoppy bite. Decent depth and feel. Good!

Taste follows with a super-clean and expressive, piney-hoppy bitter finish...has a snappy crisp vibe to it. I wasn't as impressed with this when I had this 4 years ago, but this is a tasty batch! Good stuff!

Imagine walking into Whole Foods and all of a sudden Tupac is like, “What can I help you with today?” And it’s just like that; if Tupac could, if he had hops and a blender, he would make you Happily Deceased. This is a pure, no holds barred, West Coast IPA that has Raul screamin’, “Rawhide!”
