this is a 'light lager' . . . .
Light Lager, collab w/ Burial Beer, 4.0% ABV. Our pal Doug from Burial (dope brewert in North Carolina) makes an American Light Lager that we love called Innertube. inspired by that legit craft lager, we tweaked it a bitfrom there using 2/3 Pilsner malt and 1/3 rice, just a dab of hops for balance, and boom! Uni was born! It's fun drinking a fresh version of this style of beer that lacks the oxidation, skunkiness, or green apple flavor that makes up a lot of macro lagers.
