Packaged on 10/6/22 - consumed on 11/16/22 - poured from a 16oz can into my Radeberger pokal (just broke my Uerige stick!).

Brilliant straw/flax liquid with two fingers of active magnolia soft peaks. Excellent retention; dense soapy lacing.

Delicate lovely aromatics suggest pear, malt, and white grapes. Vaguely grassy perhaps.

Sweet/tart, clean, malt driven palate entry. Flavor expands with floral and winter/stone fruit notes. Delicate, mineral-kissed, fairly dry finish. Low hop character, subtle but expansive yeast notes. Wonderfully integrated.

Light bodied, soft, yet refreshing and nearly brisk.

Superior domestic example of the style - not sure I've had a better one, and certainly not in recent memory.

It's in the details folks.
A Kolschier Kolsch!
Pale yellow with moderate white head.
Spicy hop notes on the nose.
Clean and dry.
It's the best American made version of this style I've ever tried.
Just phenomenal.
