Do you ‘member when IPA was clear? When you didn’t have to ask if it had all those fluffy little clouds in it? Well, living in the past isn’t always good, but this beer is! This beer is that beer, but modernized with the most legit Mosaic from Coleman Agriculture and Rakau from Freestyle Hops . Tasting notes? Think ruby red grapefruit, kiwi, the devil’s lettuce, and blueberries.

Pours slightly hazy, mild amber-gold, 1+ fingers of head on the pour. Moderate to light carbonation. Smell is big west coast bitter with nice tropical overtones, lots of melon. Little bit of bread dough maltiness. Taste is even more focused on west coast bitterness, but the tropical fruity notes also intensify. Melon rind and grapefruit rind. Mouthfeel is soft and dry. Very nice WCIPA.

Sweet tropical hoppy, red and blueberries, and a Mosaic-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a Mosaic dominant, super-clean, and a piney hoppy bitter finish. This is fantastic! Green Cheek is killing it right now!
