Switched out the hops on our Ain’t Getting Any Deader recipe, and hit this one with a yummo blend of American and New Zealand grown hops. The result? Light in color, super lean, lovingly resinous, and hitting with a flavor combo of strawberry shortcake, mango Hi-Chew, and blood oranges. Show Less

Clear, light khaki mixed w/ gold. Minimal head w/ aggressive retreat. Nose is green dankness and peach. Taste is blueberry, citrus rind, pine resin, and stonefruit. Peppery mouthfeel. Soft, earthy bitterness.

Clear brassy light gold, small head. Smell is melon and citrus pith, fruit skin bitter. Taste is fruit cup and fruit skin, must, stems. Bitter vegetation finish. Mouthfeel is light to medium, clean and crisp. Overall, nice WCIPA.
