16 ounce can, purchased a couple days ago at the taproom. I believe Loose Rail has just started canning recently so I think this was just canned over the past week or so. Served in a pint glass, the beer pours dark brown/black with about a half inch tan head. Head retention is good, and there's a decent amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells mostly like chocolate, peanut butter, and some roasted malt. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma. It mostly tastes like milk chocolate and peanuts/peanut butter but with some roasted/burnt malt noticeable too. Mostly sweet (but not overpoweringly so), with some roastiness in the finish. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit creamy and coating with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this a lot, I think Loose Rail does a pretty good job with their stouts and wish they would focus on those more. Hopefully they'll have this available more often!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
