I'm trying this beer at the brewery. It poured an opaque dark with ecru head that is not leaving a spotty lace. The scent had vanilla, cardamon and cinnamon notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bold cinnamon and pepper presence and cocoa and vanilla highlights. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.
