At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, from my favourite The Beer Store on Goyeau St. in nearby downtown Windsor. My first beer from the Ottawa, ON brewery.

473 mL can from TBS; dated Sep 5 2023 and served slightly chilled.
Pours a clear golden blonde colour, generating two fingers of puffy, soapy white head that lasts for a little over five minutes. A wide, foamy collar lives on, with a respectable swath of thick lace adhering to the glass - looks like a fine ale to me. The aroma is citrusy - I'm getting lemon specifically, but there are also hints of grainy, bready pale malts and a touch of orange peel. Simple, clean, inviting.
The flavours follow the same mantra - it's got a straightforward, wholesome, old school pale ale profile. Light, citrusy notes of lemon and orange peel are quickly discerned, backed by grainy pale malts and toasted bread. Finishes leafy and floral, with a modest touch of herbal bitterness receding into a mildly citrusy aftertaste; trends off-dry. Light-medium in body, with moderate-to-low carbonation that adds some crispness to this brew's smooth mouthfeel. A true session ale.
Final Grade: 3.71, a B grade. Vimy Pale Ale straddles the line between an English pale ale and the American style - however, this also means it bears only a passing resemblance to what modern APAs have become, and (possibly) what modern consumers are expecting when they try a new one. The classy, minimalist label does suggest a more 'traditional' type of ale, and that's what I got. Well-crafted and quite quaffable, indeed; worth a look, and I think I'd buy this on a regular basis if it were available locally.

I bought a can at the LCBO in Ontario Canada 473ml at 5%
Poured into glass with a 2finger head leaving a lace as you drink it all the way down to the end.
Overall well balanced flavors just right easy to drink.
Cheers
