Had Pomeranian Fight Club poured from pint can, no date, into Rastal Harmony oversized red wine glass.
Pours deep red-purple, strawberry-red when backlit, with 1 and 1/2-finger light-pink head, which dissipates to a persistent film and ring, leaving no lace. Aroma is tart to start, then fruity and funky, over a little cracker malt, with maybe a hint of saison yeast spice. Begins tart, then funky and fruity, and more funk, over mild cracker malt, with a mildly tart, crisp finish.
Dusty strawberry-purple sweet funky mildly tart fruit juice.

This is a fantastic brewery right on Frenchmen Street next to fantastic Jazz clubs near the French Quarter, the beers are fantastic and the Pomeranian fight club is a really good sour saison!

Had it at the brew house on tap into a tulip class. Beautiful pinkish golden orange with little head and no lacing. Very fragrant fruit and floral smell. Nice tart lime and cherry taste, some herbal notes as well. Very refreshing and enjoyable! Check this place out when in NOLA.
