Had Taun Taun Noises at the Brieux Carré taproom on draft into clear plastic pint go cup.
Pours medium gold with clarity and 1-finger, creamy near-white head, with excellent retention, pulling some splotchy lace down the cup. Big fruity, peach, etc., saison yeast aroma, which lasts and lasts. Begins with a bit of fruit, which continues over some saison yeast over slick malt, and into a just bitter enough finish.
A beautiful beer, with a world-class aroma (as with a lot of Brieux Carré beers), in this beer the biggest and most lasting saison yeast aroma I've yet enjoyed.
