Lightly foggy very pale yellow nearing a sort of turbidly pastel seafoam green with a fluidly thin head.
Via a light, mildly toasty body, the smoke leans more towards alder wood than ham, while overall almost giving off rice lager vibes in the contrastingly chewy dry finish.

not enough grodziskie in the world, and this is a fine example of this too often forgotten style, pretty traditional from where i sit, real well made. super light, almost watered down looking wheat color, short but lasting white head. it smells incredible, that boiled hotdog water smoke thing, light and woody and earthy, bready with the german lager yeast evident too, maybe pils and wheat malt, very very pale and light, minerals from the water, maybe faint astringency that kind of dries it out, not overly smoked, oak character makes it almost wood aged to me, simple but complex at the same time, and the flavor is the same. light mellow wet woodsy smoke all through it, a hint of citrus, some bitterness from smoke, maybe hops too, noble spiciness on the back end, not overdone, fresh on the grain side for a smoked beer, not something i usually pick out of these, and the whole thing feels real soft and approachable, but is also super nicely carbonated and dry, just awesome. perfect for fall sessioning, distinctive, but good enough to have come from the birthplace of the style, these guys should be real proud of this. i love the low alcohol too, so much flavor and so little buzz, i can go all day! this is top tier.

Pours a smoky golden color with a slight head and lacing
Aroma has wheat and smoke hints
The taste follows the nose with a wheat and smoke flavor
A light bodied moderately carbonated beer
A good Grodziskie
