12oz can. Stamped on can bottom is '02 04 21'.
Slightly cloudy, deep gold colored body. One finger of white head, which leaves spots of lacing.
Aroma is a little dank, with smells of pine and melon.
Taste has citrus, pine, and melon. Has some bitterness at the end.
Medium mouth feel. Excellent carbonation.
An IPA that shows sweet and bitter aspects. Well balanced. Dare we call this "old fashioned"?

16oz pour at the brewery. Review from notes.
Just a simple pine-forward IPA done right, like some good-ass homebrew. Looks good in the glass, decent smell, drinks easy with enough bitter hop flavor to comfortably push it past pale ale and into India
Good bier

Pours a clear golden color with streaky lacing . Aroma of citrus pine and garden . Taste was clean with citrus hops some pine resin and sweet malts. Mouth feel crisp with garden/citrus hops refreshing and drikable.

I've yet to find this place but luckily someone else did and brought me a growler of this.
L-Looks like an IPA should....tan/gold with a whispy white head..
S-Peaches, apricots...passion fruit....nice...
T-A little grungy...tobacco....ganja....also some stone fruits like peaches and apricots along with some light hints of tropical fruits like passion fruit. Has a touch of cattyness to it.
F-Medium bodied...not very bitter but a little dank which I enjoy.
O-Quality IPA...no question about it. My first foray into unmapped land is a positive trek but I'd like even more minus the slight catty notes..

Looks a proper IPA being a clear amber with a dense head and heavy lacing left down the glass. Hop aroma is a combination of citrus and tropical fruit. Nice Midwest type of IPA flavor with a bit of new age hops thrown in. Dry malt with a bit of toast, PNW hop pine and citrus, and some tropical fruit. No yeast esters to be found. Bitterness is moderate. Has a middle-weight body and nicely carbonated.

My favorite. Had it every time. I really enjoy American pale ales and IPA style beer. I have had at least 8 since the opened a month ago. Great beer.
