Served in a shaker, pours a clear bright but slightly dark amber/copper with foamy head and little retention or lacing. Nose promises solid saison notes -- bubble gum, coriander -- but there is a very faint edge of worty grain that I associate with underattenuation, and it comes out a bit more in the taste, though it is a very minor note. Otherwise, taste is fairly good...a little one-note, almost as if it could go in more rustic directions, but it doesn't quite get there. Mouthful is okay: fairly substantial and even heavy feel to the flavors, but the body is fairly light. Carb seems middling, a little prickliness on the tongue, but it doesn't come to a point.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
