Had this while catching up with some friends at the brewery. It's sweet with very mild Belgian flavors like coriander, banana, and clove. Sweet and refreshing, not heavy

Seems like it is harder to find a saison lately, and I was surprised to see that I hadn’t rated this one before, so...here goes. At the tap room, served in a shaker (come on, guys), pours a honeyed clear brown-gold, with minimal head and no retention. Attractive color! Nose has a faint whiff of peppery yeast, but mainly honey. Fairly one-note. Taste is better: a little stronger yeast notes — pepper, coriander, banana — faint flowery hops, and the clovery honey is there but it is bright and light. Feel is nice, middling carb, light body but a little smoother and less peppy than many saison...but right for the taste profile. A nice summer beer, with modest Belgian touches; doesn’t try too hard, and that’s a good thing.

Had on tap. Golden body with a thin white head. Smell features belgian yeast, slight and bright funk, honey, lemon zest and orange. Taste is all things light, light citrus, bright honey, light yeast and grains, and a dash of hops. Very delicate, and in that there is beauty. Feel does well to let the delicate flavors linger after the yeast, a tedious task that here is well done. All around nice sessionable saison
