On tap. White head with lace. Clear golden color.

Bread and biscuit. Earthy, grassy, spicy hops. Smooth, crisp, clean. Some bitterness in the finish. Solid local pils!

16oz from Tavern 4&5

Piss-yellow with a small cap and tons of bubble. Scent is light, airy, malty. Taste is surprisingly hoppy, with a light sweet malty backing. Sweet bread and flowery hops

I like it

A nice pilsner but I think they got the water profile wrong for a Czech pils.

L: gold under an off-white cap with fair retention

S: Bready rich malt and herbal, spicy hop aromas are medium low

T: Light, spicy, herbal hop flavors lead up front with a touch of fruit and a mildly sweet bready malt backbone with some well developed malt flavors

F: medium light with medium carbonation

O: clean, very drinkable and repeatable

At the tap room, served in a shaker, pours a wispy yellow gold and is slightly hazy. Really flavorful (bready, almost some sourdough, mainly, some lager yeast and some dull, and I mean that in the best earthy way, spice), but the nose is pretty muted and the feel isn’t
very crisp or lively. Still...the flavor is good and I enjoyed the pint!
