First beer I’ve not found in BA. So, it’s kinda fun to add it.
According to the Tender-of-the-Bar, it’s a remake of a beer originally brewed in Portland (Oregon) in the 80s, before the craft-beer, micro-brews we enjoy today.
By its ingredients, again as stated by the bartender well-versed in local history, it was created in the style of the IPAs brewed for the journey from England to India.
It’s simple, distinct, hazy, slightly bitter, no citrus, honest, without lingering aftertaste.
Relatively low in ABV, for an IPA.
Really nice.
