Look: Cloudy light yellow in color with a nice frothy head that finally settles to a pillow and leaves good lacing behind
Aroma: Floral hops, light honey notes, bready malt, dough, and some herbaceous notes
Taste: Bread, honey, and floral hops open it up and continue to develop as doughy notes appear from time to time. All malt in the middle before floral hops re-enter and lead to the close
Mouthfeel: Full but light, medium-high carbonation, fairly clean throughout, and finishes soft
Overall: I dig it. A nice, light, hoppy golden/blonde ale that is tasty to boot and hitting the spot on this very nice and hot late September day. What’s not to like?
