This is a very special seasonal beer. We put hundreds of pounds of the finest freshly picked Willamette Valley hops into this West Coast IPA. We hope you enjoy this beer as much as we do.

Pours a slightly hazy clear golden color with a nice head that stays for a while. Also, some lacing to the off-white head. Aroma is lemon and grapefruit as is the taste with a bready toast malt body. The hop bitterness is delicious as you would expect from a fresh hopped beer. I don't know what the IBUs are, but I would say probably around 80 - 100. Great fresh beer IPA. Rated 9-8-2023

Massive centennial explosions like ive never experienced. Huge, dank, vegetal, allium, almost diesel flavors and aromas stack and shellack and morph into deep, complex, absolutely floral bright pine and zippy lemon and strawberry. Really crisp and clean malt bill with punchy carbonation ties this beauty together. Praise be

Pours a pale yellow with a finger of foamy head that slowly settles to a thin ring with some lacing. Aroma ofgrain and citrus. Taste follows nose. Well balanced and refreshing.
