Unfiltered, classic American Pilsner brewed with Idaho pilsner malt. Czech Saaz hops are the only one we use on this beer. Saaz is Noble Variety that contributes the classic spice character to all Pilsners. Lager yeast with cold fermentation temps lends a crisp and dry finish.

12 oz. bottle -
Pours clear straw yellow with a fizzy white head that all but completely disappears. Spotted lacing.
The smell is clean. Soft pils malt with a floral whiff.
The taste is very clean. Some pils malt. A touch of grassy/floral Saaz hops in the finish.
Clean, crisp light body.
A very clean, basic American pils that uses a subtle touch of Saaz hops. Better than the American macros. Easy-drinker.

Had a pint with lunch today 3-25-19 for $6.00.
Beer was served golden with a solid white head.
Nose was corn forward with some earthy Saaz hops.
Taste reminded me of the old Stroh's Beer, corn tinged malt base interlaced nicely with the Saaz hops. Balance was very good.
Mouthfeel was light to medium bodied and refreshing.
Overall a nice, clean German style pils that i would recommend to fans of the style!
