Growler morning after night fill:
This beer pours darker than I expected, near a brown ale or at least a very dark amber. Not sure if a night in the fridge affected the carbonation, but there is a little soapy surface head that falls to a thin ring.
Nose has a typical pumpkin beer nose - and one that isn't heavily reliant on the spices. There's a malty sweetness, a light tang of pumpkin and restrained pie spices.
The feel is not very effervescent, but is not flat at all - a light tickling carbonation that *may* be a little lighter than it is fresh out of the tap.
All the aspects that are in the nose show up subtly to the taste. This seems to me a beer first, a pumpkin beer second. There is a clean amber ale flavor, to which is added a little pumpkin and earthy spice, layered on top of the base beer. I think the spices give me the impression of a little extra sweetness by the end that I don't get up front.
Overall, a beer that has integrated the pumpkin pie nicely into the beer. It's not bold with pumpkin or spice, and when paired with the clean feel, is an enjoyable fall quaff.

Note this beer is a - honey pumpkin common lager. A lager but still a lot of pumpkin flavor coming thru. Nice.
