Poured from a 16oz can into pint glass in December 2022. The canned date on the bottom of the can was smudged, and not readable. I drank this about 3 months after purchase.
Appearance: Medium gold color with 2-finger white head. It is deep with a very hazy complexion. The head is very thick, and it lasts a few minutes, leaving a small covering. There is a large amount of lacing on the glass.
Smell: Strong aroma of pineapple and pine, as well as some hops and grapefruit. The aroma was moderately strong as soon as the can was opened. The fruit aromas are more prominent than the other aromas.
Taste: Nice balanced taste between the fruit (grapefruit and pineapple) and hops that is not overpowering. Also, some orange flavors. The sweetness and bitter edge are well-balanced. Has a very nice after-taste that lasts a moderate amount of time. Overall a nice balance and very drinkable.
Mouthfeel: Medium body. Also, strong alcohol, which matches the 10% listed on the can.
This is a very good IPA. It has a nice mix of citrus, hops, and other flavors, which makes it enjoyable. The overall balance is good. Another very good IPA from Solace. I probably prefer their Lucy Juicy and Partly Cloudy IPAs, but this is good as well. A dependable IPA for drinking anytime of the year. I will definitely buy this again.

A - Very hazy medium orange color with sticky white lacing that clings to the sides of the glass.

T - Spicy fruit rind with resiny guava, pineapple, and peach. Ends on the sweeter side with a long lingering spicy citrus.

Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass. Canned June 5th 2019.
Very light and fluffy forming large head upon pouring from the can. Light khaki color to a vanilla white with fine swiss cheese forming bubbles. Body color is a shiny but somewhat opaque amber color, hinting more towards bright orange. Aggressive and beaming looking IPA.
Nice classic aroma. Hints of mild earthy tones with a good excellenty zesty orange oil quality. Hints a little on the fruit sweetness, and a touch of pineapple squeaks out as well. Qutie a bit of pineapple actually.
Palate works nicely. Comes out a bit heavy, and flirting with a syrupy malt mouthfeel, but luckily doesn't get to sweet. Large amounts of tropical pineapple on first sip, but mellows to more of a nice soft caramel sweetness. Finishes with large amounts of oily hop and sweet sugars that are nicely balanced.
A fairly large dipa that flirts with some sugars, but sticks to basic hop pleasures.

From a growler, pours a glowing, hazy orange. Big head of white foam leaves nice lacing. Smell and taste are tropical, earthy and resinous, but they are overshadowed by booziness. Good soft medium feel. If the booze was better hidden this would be something.
