Another candidate for a New England Imperial IPA style. Very much a strong version of a NEIPA!!! Poured from a 16 oz can into a pint glass, this beer featured a medium sized foamy white head, lots of lacing on the glass and a hazy gold color. Head retention is about average. Aroma and taste include moderate bitterness and tropical fruit, mostly pineapple, passion fruit and mango. Quite tasty even though I prefer a bit more bitterness. Mouthfeel is crisp, slightly sweet with moderate bitterness. Not much in the way of alcohol presence despite the 9% .abv strength. A pretty good IPA.

A - Opaque dark orange color with frothy dense white lacing. Foam sticks on the glass like glue, nice head retention after the pour.

S - Orange, pineapple, and sweet grapefruit citrus aroma with citrus cream.

T - Sweet citrus and spicy citrus rind from start to finish. Orange and sweet red grapefruit, finishes on the sweeter side with a lingering orange and tangerine resin, bitterness is low.

M - Thick and chewy with a fruity dry finish.

O - This is a good one. Recommended and wish I had regular access to this.

L: Can date of 9/17/2019, so a little under 3 weeks old. Poured aggressively into a teku glass which results in a big pillowy white head. Yellow orange in color similar to an Other Half IPA.
S: Mango and pineapple jump out of the glass with some resin and pine after.
T: Juicy tropical fruits, orange, pineapple and mango, with a resinous hop finish
F: Nice smooth and almost creamy mouthfeel with a nice hop finish. Medium carbonation.
O: A great double IPA from Solace. Great showing of galaxy and mosaic.

On tap, pours a very hazy orange. Smells and tastes primarily like dank weed. Appropriately named. Also nice notes of tropical and citrus fruit. Drinks like a much lower ABV beer, with no hint of booze. Just a great beer.

New DIPA from Solace. On tap at Brookland Pint in Washington, DC. 9%. Soft and juicy. Galaxy and Mosaic hops. Hyper fresh

Appearance: Pours a hazed out orange. Quite opaque. Big white head that retains very well.

Smell: Jumps out of the glass. Orange juice, papaya, mango, pineapple, guava. Hints of resin.

Flavor: Follows the aroma pretty closely. Bright, juicy fruit. Zesty orange, mango, pineapple, papaya. Dries out massively on the finish and exposes hints of resin. More orange zest character.

Feel: Soft and juicy on the palate, but with a firm bitterness that helps to balance. Quite dry and drinkable for 9%. Dries out on the finish with lingering orange zest.

Overall: These dudes know how to brew. New England influences with pleasing dryness and drinkability.
