04/01/26. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Hazy gold with 2-finger frothy white head with average retention and thick bands of lacing.
S: Aroma is mostly melon and herbal honeysuckle
T: Flavor is okay with mostly melon, honeysuckle, and lightly vegetal green notes. Low esters for style and low bitterness.
M: Feel is good with medium body and medium-full finish.
O: Solace Lil Bit Cloudy Is kind of a nondescript hazy IPA that doesn’t really hit my flavor profile too well.

12 oz can from Total Wine and More in Short Pump, VA. The ale poured a cloudy, light amber with a small, foamy head that quickly dissipated, leaving no lacing. The aroma of pale malts and tropical is detected. The flavors are predominantly tropical, featuring mango, pineapple, and hints of tangerine. The ale has a light body and soft carbonation.

My can reports that the ABV is 6.0%, not 4.4, which makes it more of a standard IPA instead of a session version. A little confusing. Pretty, large bubbled head, with citrus and tropical fruit in the nose. Citrus again, slight bread note. Lingering medium bitterness in the aftertaste, but pretty mild, not resinous or piney. This is medium octane and reasonably tasty. Fine.
