White Noise 2022 . It's 9.7 % ABV this year. 74 IBU. A imperial white stout it is.
Look: Dark gold body with just a micro hint of haze. Nice white head that leaves plenty of lacing.
Smell: white chocolate, vanilla, wood and booze
Taste: Follows the nose. with a micro hint of rye spice. Plus maybe a hint of roasted coffee towards the finish. Smooth for a big beer. Somewhat sweet but a hint of bitter on the finish. ABV is well hidden but you can tell there plenty of ABV there.
Feel: is very good, nice and thick, malty, and just a hint of soft creamy. Plenty of slow releasing carbonation from the depths.
A Very good beer but not one you consume in massive volume on a daily basis.
