Appearance: Veiled yellow gold, One finger of off-white frothy head, Low-Medium carbonation, Decent retention.
Aroma: Farmy funk, Citrus (Lemon), Slightly peppery.
Mouthfeel: Just under medium body, Soft carbonation, Slightly tart, Fairly dry finish.
Flavour: Farmhouse funk, Citrus (Lemon, Grapefruit), Slight pear, Fairly subtle all around.
Overall: According to Fairweather: "A sparkly blend of saison aged in oak wine barrels, and young grisette, aged in stainless. All dry-hopped up with cryo Citra".
