Imperial Stout fermented with bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup then conditioned on Ceylon cinnamon, vanilla and whole bean Kenyan coffee.

750 ml bottle with four 6 ounce pours.
Pours a dark slightly viscous black with a finger of fine bubbly brown/mocha head.
Aroma of maple, cinnamon, dark chocolate, and dark fruit, with a roasty rich coffee smell admixed with vanilla.
Tastes smooth and rich - sweetened vanilla coffee more at the forefront with maple syrup, bourbon, dark chocolate notes; some spice with cinnamon - sweet with only a hint of mild roasty bitterness at back.
Rich and full and amazingly smooth mouthfeel - not at all cloying and though a bit warming would not have guessed 14+% ABV.
Absolute treat of a beer.
