Very hazy, like an overly hazy IPA that got scaled down. LCBO fresh find. Sippable but really not the pale style for me.Lasting head on yellow body. Made for masses.

So this can was purchased in Hamilton as a gift for me fresh (packaged February 28/25) but did not get home to Edmonton until September 2025 then sat here until April... Upside, refrigerated the entire time.
Pours a murky, hazy golden yellow with a finger plus of creamy white head with some decent lacing.
Grapefruit, orange, peach on the nose - a touch of coconut with just a little bit of weedy dankness.
Sweet citrus on the palate - orange, grapefruit - again a touch of stone fruit and that bit of leafy, weedy dankness, giving way to a soft bitterness - no real hint of oxidation.
Medium body with sturdy carbonation and a creamy smooth slightly dry finish.
Honestly this has aged very nicely and despite a year plus on it, a really outstanding pale ale.

Pours milky straw with a rocky, everlasting head. The aroma is a wall of tropical hop notes which fill the room upon opening the can. The taste is dripping with fresh peach, pineapple, grapefruit and mango notes. The enormous, juicy hop profile is barely balanced by biscuity pale malts. The mouthfeel is full bodied with creamy, smooth carbonation. High bitterness and loads of hop fruit notes in the long finish.
This is a stellar APA with intense and expansive hop flavors. A must try.

473ml can served cold into a tulip. LCBO purchase. Canned April 9, 2025. Listed at 5.6% ABV.
Appearance - Very hazy and nearly turbid yellowy orange color with honey brown highlights. Two plus fingers of foamy white head are poured with excellent staying power.
Smell - Leafy and weedy hops with some dankness and a subtle hint of citrus.
Taste - Grassy with some weediness, a little kick of lemon zest, white pepper at the end. Wheat malt backbone, with some depth.
Mouthfeel - Very smooth and near creamy with a little zestiness on the tip of the tongue.
Overall - Another rather good offering rom Fairweather, no complaints here and taste is fresh and assertive.
