At the small Pizza Orgasmica location in the Marina:
Pour: Draught pull to pint glass. The beer's a bright golden color, slightly cloudy, with an inch of heavy white head that's got some good retention and leaves some nice lacings behind.
Nose: Surprisingly, the raspberry notes are extremely subtle. The hops dominate the aroma here and give a fragrance of a pale ale more than anything else. The biggest presence of the fruit is a slight tartness, implying brambles...
Mouth: Much the same as the smell. Nice hope presence with a slightly sour raspberry flavor, definitely enjoyable and highly drinkable. The 'hefe' factor is not completely lost, but doesn't play a big role - the yeast seems to add more of a bite to the beer and gives it a chewy quality that I really liked.
This is good beer.
