a berliner with mango, passion fruit, and pineapple. not a bad little beer, and they got the souring part just right. its tart and acidic enough without being rough on the guts or scorching the taste buds. its also really clean, lemony, and complimentary to the tropical fruits in here, not so intense and overbearing as some of these can get. the pineapple is easily the most readily identifiable fruit in here in both the aroma and the flavor, sort of that canned pineapple juice vibe. the passion fruit has a nice tang is is probably second behind the pineapple, its tartness resonating at the same level as the lacto sourness, a cool feature of this that adds to its refreshment value and keeps it from being too sweet. finally, the mango, which for me adds a kind of jammy sweetness to this, floral and juicy too, but not as natural as the others for some reason. all three of them together though are excellent, and i like how much wheaty body this has, its not thin or watered down feeling, which i often think plagues these. well carbonated too. this is tropical and happy beer, nice for the warmer weather. well done.

On tap. Sunset yellow.
This may be one of BTs best berliners. It is so juicy and tropical. The passion fruit and pineapple blend together so well and there is a bit of tartness. So. Damn. Fruity. Pineapple juice galore.
