Appearance: Arrives espresso colored with a thin cap that fades to a ringlet; spotty lacing
Smell: Chocolate fudge, caramel, hazelnuts and vanilla tones
Taste: Delivers a wallop of sweetened chocolate and caramel, at the outset, with the hazelnut flavor building; there is some bitterness, in the middle, with a hint of vanilla cream in the finish
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with moderate carbonation; warmth in the gullet
Overall: A nice dessert stout that is enjoyable in small portions

On tap. Thick tan head. Lace. Oil black.
One of BTs thicker stouts. Lots of hazelnut and cacao. Almost tastes like Reece’s. Coffee is a little burnt/roasted. Can’t get too much vanilla over the nuttiness. A little dry. Thick.
Really digging this one.
