This was one Big Beautiful Beer!
Very hazy, in fact, you could not see through it, the body was a nice golden amber color with a thick off white head.
The aroma was mildly fruity, mild grapefruit, melons, orange and very very mild lemon zest.
The flavor followed suit, mild bitterness with a semi sweet aftertaste.
Medium to full bodied and very smooth on the tongue.
Don't pass it up, if you can find it.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a crowler on November 9, 2018. Brewed with Citra and Simcoe Cyro hops. Look is orange gold with a white head and lingering lacing. Notes of tropical fruit. Soft mouthfeel.

Appearance: Pours out cloudy with a color verging on amber; the head rocks steady and one finger and leaves billowy lacing
Smell: A hint of graham cracker to underpin the guava, melon and persimmon tones
Taste: As with the aroma, the graham cracker malt base is present from start to finish; guava and persimmon appear, at first, with melon flavors rounding out; moderately bitter, through the middle, with lime and orange tones but the sweetness returns, in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: My second Barrel Theory beer and this one has a malt base similarity with the first - interesting that I picked up graham cracker and persimmon tones in both - flavors I don't often find in IPAs
Thanks, Vidblain, for the opportunity

On tap. White head with lace. Not super hazy, but a bit. Golden sunset orange.
Melons, mangoes, and orange. Pretty tropical. Soft with little to no bitterness.
Very easy drinking. Very flavorful.
