Almost somewhere between a sour and an IPA if we are being honest. Does not quite have the pillowy smoothness of a traditional milkshake IPA, but the lactose and cinnamon do an excellent job complementing the tartness of the lime, both on the nose and in the mouth. I thought it was delicious.

On tap. Golden color with some haze.
Smell is all key lime pie. Taste is similar but is sour. I am not sure that I like the sour with the ipa. It’s interesting, but not my thing. Key lime, tart citrus, vanilla lactose.

Pours a hazy golden straw color with a white head Smell & taste was citrus lime with some orange and lemon notes. A soft moth feel with fruity lime notes, sweet and tart finish with little bitterness.
