From a 750mL Crowler:

Appearance: Cloudy yellow, good head.

Smell: Dank, then sweet, fruity, citrus.

Taste: Sweet blast at first, then oranges, pineapple. Mild to moderate bitterness. Alcohol is well hidden.

Overall: I had to try Barrel Theory's first triple IPA. I'm not usually a fan of triple IPAs as they can be too boozy. Ultra Instinct avoids that trap, and mostly stays away from being too big on the oranges.

On tap. White head. Hazy sunset orange color.

This one is dank and weedy. By far the most west coast. Green. Some softness. A bit of abv. Some bitterness. Some fruits. Not the biggest fan. 3.75

Edit. Having b2 11/20 crowler. Much more enjoyable. Not green. Abv shows a bit, much juicier and more tropical. Mango, orange pineapple.

Incredibly smooth for a triple IPA. Strong pineapple flavor and aroma. Excellent hop finish. Would rate this as the best triple IPA I’ve had. As good or better than Hoof Hearted Dragonsaddle.
