A - Deep orange body, rich and mostly opaque, minimal white head, fading to nothing rapidly, just a tiny rim. No lacing.
S - Strong fruit notes, mostly of orange and tangerine citrus, with a bit of pith beneath.
T - Open is strong citrus, mostly orange, with hints of peach and tropical mango. Follows the nose with a bit zest and pith in the finish.
M - Moderate weight, mild carbonation, and slightly acidic finish.
O - A very nice Berliner Weisse, with great fruit notes. Tasty.

16oz can. Bottom canning date stamp is '01/02/25'. Described on the label as a "Fruited Berliner Weisse".
Murky, pale gold colored body, which has the appearance of orange/peach juice. One finger of gold tinged white head, which fizzes away within a minute of the pour. No lacing.
Aroma is abundant, with smells of peach, orange, and general juicy citrus.
Taste is tart and tangy, and a later appearing sweetness, with flavors of peach, orange, and slight graham cracker. No salt evident. All these flavors mellow into the long lived aftertaste.
More than medium mouthfeel, with a syrup texture. Coats the mouth. Minor tongue sting. Good supportive carbonation.
Seems like a fruited kettle sour, but very expressive of smells and flavors.

Pours a hazed golden sunset color, Smell is citrus juice. Taste is fresh squeezed tangerines , with peach and melon. A tart citrus fruit mouth feel with some lemon and salt in the finish.

A huge thank to Jeff for this one. 64oz crowler into Night Shift stemware. Shared with schen9303.
Just looks like orange juice. Nose is super pungent and fruity. Like opening a clementine while standing under a citrus tree and drinking orange juice. Lightly tart with a juicy sweetness. Beer opens tart citrus, orange and clementine all at once. Juicy in the middle with a Sunkist sweet tartness. Some unripened mango and more orange at the finish. One dimensional like a lot of their sours but the one dimension is done excellently. Body is light with ample carbonation. Prickly and foamy on the palate and goes down aggressive and prickly with a lingering, prickly aftertaste. Super drinkable and perfect for the style.
When it comes to refreshing, innovatively flavored sours, nothing really beats Barrel Theory.

Appearance: Arrives a hazy orange juice color with a one finger head; a few dribs and drabs of lace
Smell: Pungent tangerine - just smells fresh squeezed
Taste: The tangerine pounces with a blood orange element adding more bitterness; the peach adds some sweetness but it is very subtle; the salt is more discernible here than in many Goses but it does not overwhelm
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation; rather puckery
Overall: This is a fantastic Gose with really bright flavors

On tap. White head. Hazed golden orange.
Straight tang juice. The tangerines pop with orange and peach blending in. Very tart and citrusy. Lemon.
Light bodied. Massive flavor. Need this for the summer. One of their best Goses.
